RTP and volatility, explained

Return to player (RTP) is the share of all money staked that a slot pays back over a very large number of spins. A 96% RTP game returns £96 for every £100 wagered on average, across millions of spins.
What RTP does not tell you
RTP says nothing about a single session. Over an evening, results swing far above or below it. Casinos can also run the same game at a lower RTP setting, so check the help screen.
Volatility
Volatility describes how wins are spread. Low-volatility games pay small amounts often. High-volatility games go quiet for longer and pay more when features land.
