No-wagering bonuses: are they really better?
Free spins with no wagering sound like the best deal on offer. Often they are, but not always. Here is how to compare them with a match bonus.

In this guide
A no-wagering offer pays winnings from free spins or bonus funds straight into your cash balance. There is nothing to play through, so what you win is yours to withdraw.
Why they are easier to judge
With a match bonus you need to know the wagering multiple, what it applies to, the maximum bet and game weighting before you can work out its value. With a no-wagering offer you need two numbers: how many spins, and what each spin is worth.
A quick comparison
Take 50 no-wagering spins at 10p each: £5 of play, and every penny won is cash. Compare that with a £20 match bonus at 10x wagering: £200 of bets before you can withdraw, with a real chance the balance runs out first. Neither is free money, but one is far more predictable.
When a match bonus can still make sense
If you already planned to deposit and play for a while, a low-wagering match bonus gives you a longer session. Use the calculator on any bonus card to see the total you would need to bet.
Where to find them
Emberline and Quillmoor both run spin offers with no wagering in our demo list. Filter the bonus finder by “No wagering” to see the rest.
